Flood risk policies in Italy: a longitudinal institutional analysis of continuity and change

This paper analyses continuity and change in flood risk management policies Italy between 1952 2020. By using the politicized institutional analysis development (IAD) framework, we systematically analyse interplay discursive, contextual factors to explain policy change.
